🌸🎫FLOWER SHOW
Flower Show are a five-piece “charity shop pop” band from Liverpool, crafting songs
that lie between the everyday and the surreal. Their sound feels like stumbling onto a glitter-slicked daydream bursting with elements of 90s indie-pop, Bowie-esque glam rock, razor-sharp wit, and hooks that dig in and refuse to let go.

🎫RONGO RONGO
Rongorongo are a six-piece post-punk band from Liverpool. With an uncanny knack for ear tunnelling melodies, they build an escapist alternative from the doom of everyday life.

🎫PINK FOOTAGE
Pink Footage has taken ‘power pop’ and removed almost all of the ‘pop’: leaving you to confront the visceral, gritty, and half broken results of their endeavour. Always trying to take the unexpected elements of their influences, they’re a contradictory band trying to marry sticky hooks with the most horrible guitar tones possible. And if that fails? They’re loud enough to make you deaf.

🎫FERAL WHEEL
Feral Wheel live in the Mersey. They make psychedelic-folk-pop music for sea, land and space dwellers.

The group comprises Huw Roberts (guitar and vocals), Sam Gill (synth organ and vocals), Tom Sumnall (bass) and Dominic Lewington (drums and vocals); two pairs of old friends unified in the pursuit of creating music of the outer edges of the pop universe. They play quietly crafted folk-pop songs of the North Westerly now, amplified, pulled and stretched into the cosmos. Of the land, out of the sea, into the sky.

The band are lovers of psychedelic music in all its forms and follow in the footsteps of Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci, Broadcast, Love, Fairport Convention and Shack, and are fans of contemporary travellers Beak> and Cate Le Bon, as well as all of the kind of sounds that might be featured on Aquarium Drunkard. by @pinkfootage

Static Dissent #11 – 28th March 2026 – Lost Art, Liverpool

Something a bit different this time, shifting from the mad and angry to the sad and more emotional. If you’re sick of all the bands I book screaming at you, this one’s absolutely for you. Ever cried in a skate shop? Now’s your best chance.

Liverpool and Manchester bands unite for this one at Lost Art, with Liverpool riffers Pink Footage headlining. No strangers to the local scene, they’ll be bringing a great blend of noise rock / grunge to the shop. FFO: QOTSA

Supports:
Dog Years (Manchester) — a discordant bunch of sad punks, with lovely melodies.

Swamped (Manchester) — post-hardcore/emo, quickly gaining attention after their recent support slot with Alpha Male Tea Party.

Hinged (Liverpool) — opening the evening; a local four-piece emo/punk/indie band.

£8 adv / £10 OTD / £5 low & unwaged - TICKETS IN BIO
