PLEASE SHARE. This situation genuinely hurt me more than I expected. I went above and beyond because I wanted to do something kind, and it turned into one of the worst selling experiences I’ve ever had. I’m keeping everyone anonymous, but I needed to share this as a warning to other sellers: protect yourself, document everything, and don’t let being generous leave you vulnerable.

Nice view, sexier skyline 🩷
.
you’d never know from the beautiful view behind me, that just in front of me sits the remains of homes lost in the Palisades fire. sometimes beauty & tragedy aren’t worlds apart, but only a few steps from each other.
