a little about the girl behind Pink Salt 🩷🧘‍♀️☀️🧂

My love for Pilates really grew while I was living in Las Vegas, where I spent 300+ classes practicing hot mat Pilates at Inferno Hot Pilates. What started as a workout became something I genuinely fell in love with — the movement, the challenge, the energy in the room and especially the community.

Since moving to Chattanooga, I’ve wanted to create that feeling here. 🩰

I became certified in Primary Mat Pilates through FiTOUR and I’m continuing my education with in-person Balanced Body training in movement principles, mat + reformer Pilates.

My goal right now is simple: teach, keep learning, and create a community of people who love Pilates as much as I do.

And one day, turn the vision I’ve had in my head for years into a studio of my own.

Pink Salt Pilates is just getting started. ✦🧂💗 taken in Chattanooga, Tennessee by @pinksaltpilates

a little Pink Salt update ✦🩰🧂

I’m officially certified in Primary Mat Pilates through FiTOUR, and this is only the beginning. 🤍

I’m continuing my education through Balanced Body in Pilates movement principles, mat + reformer training so I can continue learning, growing and becoming the kind of instructor I want to be.

Pink Salt has been an idea I’ve dreamed about for so long, and it feels surreal to finally start bringing pieces of it to life.

You’ll be seeing a lot more Pilates around here — my training journey, movement, classes, behind the scenes, wellness, cute Pilates things and eventually… everything I’ve been dreaming up for Pink Salt. ✦
