Strong international debut for Kaiden Mima! 🇺🇸

Kaiden (60kg) lifted 107 kg in the snatch and 137 kg in the CJ for a 244 kg total. That’s 1 kg under his CJ personal best and just three kilos from his total best. Kaiden was an extra lifter for the Pan American Junior Championships and thus isn’t in those rankings, but his results count toward the 2nd Pan American Games Qualifying event, where he was awarded three gold medals for today’s efforts.

Ethan had himself a day at Senior Nationals! He hit 121 in snatch and 160 in CJ for 🥉, he came in 5th overall! Congrats Ethan!

4/6 (105kg and 130kg top lifts) and a comp total PR after a week of working on my feet. Very happy with it all.

This training block was awful but I managed to have a great day on the platform despite numerous bad days.
