Check it out! Pipeline is on the move training! After only a few short weeks, trainees from #zimkids are installing drainage systems! (and they know how they work too!) What they don’t know yet is if they continue down the road of plumbing, they will completely change their future and protect the health of their great nation! by @pipeline_thefuture

Plumbing is about 80% planning and 20% execution. At Pipeline, we slow down and allow our trainees to see tools and materials before starting projects. This adds critical information and increases training efficiency! What steps do you take in training that seem to help apprentices maximize their process? by @pipeline_thefuture

The first official Pipeline training was a success. Make sure to follow along on the journey of becoming a plumber and watch lives be transformed by this amazing trade! by @pipeline_thefuture

Tomorrow is a big day for us here at Pipeline Zimbabwe. 🇿🇼🔧

For the very first time, we begin our official Pipeline Plumbing Training with 12 students ready to change their futures through the trade of plumbing.

This is more than learning pipes and fittings. This is about creating opportunity, building confidence, and giving young people the skills to become self-sustaining for themselves, their families, and their communities.

I’m honored to walk alongside these students as they begin this journey. Please keep them in your prayers and follow along as we build something special together.

The work starts tomorrow. 💪🏾🛠️

Today I got to spend time with our first group of trainees… and I want you to see what I’m seeing.

These are young men and women who haven’t always had access to opportunity — but they have the drive, the character, and the willingness to learn.

This is exactly why we built Pipeline.

They’re stepping in, learning the trade of plumbing, and gaining skills that can take them anywhere in the world… or allow them to stay right here and serve their own communities.

And in places where clean water and proper sanitation aren’t guaranteed — that work matters more than most people realize.

We’re not just training plumbers.
We’re creating opportunity.
We’re building leaders.
We’re changing life pathways.

I truly believe God is guiding this work — and it’s powerful to watch it come to life through these trainees.

This is just the beginning. by @pipeline_thefuture

Harare, Zimbabwe — May 8, 2026 🇿🇼

This is where it begins.

Pipeline’s first training is launching, and teens from the community are stepping forward to Enter the Pipeline — a pathway to real skills, real purpose, and real opportunity.

Through plumbing, these young men and women are opening doors to careers that can take them across the world… or allow them to stay rooted at home, serving the very communities that raised them.

Because in many of these communities, access to running water and safe sanitation isn’t guaranteed — it’s life-changing.

We believe God is the ultimate source of every blessing, and we’re using plumbing as a tool to transform lives.

By connecting trainees to real projects that serve others, we’re not just teaching a trade — we’re building the next generation of plumbers, leaders, and changemakers.

This is bigger than work.
This is purpose.
This is Pipeline.

Big things start with a single step—and Taps is taking that step into the future of Pipeline.

In this reel, Taps is exploring a potential project at a rural school where poor sanitation impacts hundreds of children every day. This isn’t just about plumbing—it’s about dignity, health, and giving kids the environment they deserve to learn and grow.

But here’s the bigger vision…
We don’t just want to fix the problem.
We want to build a solution that lasts for generations.

That means bringing in skilled plumbers who are willing to help solve this immediate need and invest in training the next wave of Pipeline apprentices—young men and women who will carry these skills forward and serve their own communities.

This is how real change happens:
Fix the problem.
Teach the trade.
Multiply the impact.

We’re just getting started… more to come.

If you’re a plumber—or know one—who wants to be part of something bigger, we need you.

Herbert’s story is what Pipeline is all about.

Before there was ever a “program,” Herbert was already putting in the work—learning side by side with Taps as an apprentice, mastering the trade from the ground up. Day by day, he built the skills, discipline, and confidence it takes to create a real future in the trades.

Today, Herbert is a business owner.
He’s not just providing for his family—he’s bringing clean water and sustainable solutions to communities across Zimbabwe.

In this video, Herbert is showcasing a simple but powerful water filtration system—proof that the right skills, when placed in the right hands, can change lives.

This is the Pipeline mission in motion:
Train. Equip. Empower.
