Well, hello to all the new and familiar faces around here. 👋💚 We figured it was time to properly reintroduce ourselves.

I’m Jackie, founder of Piper & Mint, and somehow my postpartum night sweats turned into an entire pajama company. 😂

What started as a very personal problem (waking up drenched in sweat after having my son) became a years-long mission to create pajamas that could actually do more for women who sleep hot.

The result? Our signature ridiculously soft, lightweight, mint-infused fabric designed to wick moisture, dry quickly, and help reduce odor. 🌱

But one of my favorite parts of this journey has been discovering just how many women needed what we were creating.

Postpartum moms. Women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Women experiencing hormonal changes. Lifelong hot sleepers. And so many women who simply wanted to sleep more comfortably.

A little over three years ago, when I started working on Piper & Mint, perimenopause wasn’t even on my radar. Now I’m living it.

Just two gals with laptops, a lot of ideas, and some pretty big dreams. 💻🌱

We’ve been spending a lot of time lately asking ourselves some BIG questions.

How do we finish Q4 strong? What should we be doing differently? What’s working? What’s not? And most importantly… what would it actually take to 10x Piper & Mint? 👀

Because as much as we’re proud of what we’ve built, we’re even more excited about what this business could become.

Some days that means dreaming big. Other days it means getting VERY honest about the numbers, the challenges, and what needs to change to get there. 😅

We’re still figuring it out, but one thing’s for sure: we’re not done building. 💚

Quick warehouse sale update🌱

When these pieces came back with small faults, like a seam that’s a little off or a tiny fabric flaw, we couldn’t bring ourselves to waste them. They still do exactly what Piper PJs are made to do and keep you cooler and drier at night. They just didn’t meet our full-price standards.

A year ago, I probably would have talked myself out of believing I belonged in this room.

Surrounded by incredibly accomplished women, sharing my story on a stage like this. Cue the imposter syndrome😅

But something has shifted.

I've realized that I don't need to have it all figured out to have something valuable to share. I've built things, made mistakes, taken risks, learned a LOT, and I'm still figuring it out as I go.

That experience is worth something.

Because the more we show up, share our stories, and take up space in rooms like these, the more we show the women coming behind us that they can too.

So here's to replacing "Who am I to be here?" with "Why not me?" 🩷

And to all the women still waiting to feel qualified enough to take that step, consider this your reminder that you don't need permission.
