Thank you @ctcharlottenc for the wonderful opportunity to understudy the role of Natasha in our production of Great Comet! Additionally, this week, they gave me the opportunity to sing one of Natasha’s songs with the outstanding band! In honor of closing, here is a piece of “No One Else”!💫 by @piperk_onstage

natasha, pierre, and the great comet of 1812☄️💫

This was the most wonderful way to spend my summer. The community that I have built through this experience has become such a big part of me. Thank you to the cast, crew, and friends that made this show possible. The talent present on and off of the stage is immense. I hope everyone grows to understand family the way I have through this process. In the wise words of Pierre, “When we fall in love, we wake up”. Lastly, thank you to my parents for all of the sacrifices and support they have given me to allow me to be apart of something so special. I will forever miss and cherish this show. I love you, great comet. Thank you for everything. by @piperk_onstage

rent🎸✨

This show has been both a challenge and a success! Going from one show to another in a span of a day was something I haven’t done before, not to mention the switch in styles and genre. Rent is such a beautiful and difficult show, and I wouldn’t have asked for a better cast to perform with. The friends I have made and people I have connected with through this show are so very talented and special to me. Some people I’ve known from the age of 9, some I’ve known for 2 short weeks. The amount of talent present on that stage was so very immense and I will truly miss this process. Thank you to The Lotus Project for such an amazing opportunity, I am eternally grateful. Thank you to my family for all of the time and work they put in to allow me to do what I love. Lastly, thank you to my best friend for taking the leap with me to audition for this show and allowing us to grow together as performers. I love you with all of my heart, John. In the wise words of the brilliant Johnathan Larson, “Forget regret, or life is yours to miss”. Thank you rent for everything. There truly is no day but today.
