Happy Birthday to my adventure partner, workout partner, travel partner, and person to do life with.

One of the things I enjoy most about us is that we share the same belief that public service and giving back to our community isn’t just something you do — it’s a way of life. I’m grateful to have someone beside me who cares so deeply about making a difference.

We’re also forever on our fitness journey, challenging each other, setting new goals, and reminding one another that there’s always another mountain to climb, literally and figuratively.

And then there’s the traveling. I love exploring new places with you, experiencing new things, and making memories along the way.

I’m grateful for all the adventures we’ve shared and excited for all the ones still ahead.

Happy 12th Birthday to my beautiful youngest daughter, Angelina! ❤️🎂

I honestly don’t know how I got so lucky to be your mom. You are one of the sweetest and kindest people I know, with a patience and compassion that amazes me. Whether you’re helping teach the little kids at Tae Kwon Do or caring for younger kids at daycare, you have always had such a natural way of making them feel safe, supported, and loved.

And then there’s that wickedly smart brain and quick sense of humor! 😂 You are always ready with the perfect comment or joke to make us laugh, and our family is so much more fun because of you.

You are also incredibly disciplined, hardworking, and persistent. When you set your mind to something, you don’t give up. I am constantly in awe of your drive, determination, and the way you keep pushing yourself to reach your goals.

Angelina, I hope you always know how incredibly proud I am of the person you are becoming. You are kind, smart, funny, strong, determined, and absolutely one of a kind.

Happy 12th birthday, sweet girl. Watching you grow into the amazing young woman you are becoming is one of the greatest joys of my life. I love you more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized as the Top Producer in Benicia for the month of July!

This market continues to challenge all of us, and I never take these accomplishments for granted. Real estate takes a tremendous amount of dedication, persistence, long hours, and hard work — and behind every transaction are clients who trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Today was one of those days that fills your heart with pride. Watching Angelina march in the Vallejo 4th of July Parade with William Kim’s Tae Kwon Do team was incredible.

What made it even more special was seeing so many of the students step up into leadership roles that have traditionally been filled by the Masters. They put in countless hours of practice, preparation, and dedication, and today it showed. Their discipline, confidence, and teamwork were on full display, and they represented William Kim’s Tae Kwon Do team and our community with pride.

Angelina, I am so proud of you, not just for how well you performed today, but for the commitment, perseverance, and leadership you continue to develop through Tae Kwon Do. Congratulations to everyone on William Kim’s Tae Kwon Do team on a fantastic parade. You all should be proud of what you accomplished today! by @pippindew8
