Day out in Tooting with Dad. Plain dosa, saag paneer, masala chai and chilli chicken. Dad had channa masala with a chicken aloo dosa. I went to a dance Performance as part of this years Thames festival. Absolutely loved it 💚 particularly interesting Q and A after.

The Performance: Translating to "river" in Marathi, Nadī is a 50-minute showcase featuring a short film followed by a 30-minute contemporary dance duet performed by former Rambert dancers Aishwarya Raut and Antonello Sangirardi.

The Inspiration: The production deconstructs regional ghost stories from Raut's childhood spent in the rural Konkan Ghats of India. It reimagines traditional female spirits not as figures of fear, but as complex symbols of resilience, mirroring the way rivers carve through mountains. #thamesfestival #immersivetheatre #sitespecific taken in Brunel Museum by @pippipoti

Chess of the Wind- 1976. Was thought to be lost but in 2015 it was found in Tehran antique shop and the dir Mohammad Reza Aslani smuggled it out to a safe location. Watching in the groups desk on youtube #iraniancinema #sheworkshardforthemoney #sohardforithunny by @pippipoti

Cat sitting and missing travelling so decided to explore the area around the airport. Despite having a studio, on the opposite side, i rarely visit.
