Oh Joy - December 2025. I’m moving out of Austin in a couple weeks, which means saying a lot of hard goodbyes. One is to Joy, who lives outside of the downtown library and has been a part of my daily walk for 2+ years. This song is an Ode to Joy.

If you’re ever by the library, you’ll usually see her on the benches across the street with all of her bags, wearing black combat boots and a rockin’ set of silver rings.
