On April 18, 2026, forty venerable Pirates were honored for their commitment to leadership and excellence within their communities.

For the first time in the program's rich history, the 40 Under Forty Leadership Awards Ceremony was hosted by the Alumni Association - which was proud to showcase 40 of its brightest present and future leaders. The program was made possible by generous sponsorships. Notable among them was presenting sponsor @ecuhealthnc
