🥳 Sunt entuziasmată și emoționată să anunț că la începutul anului 2023 voi organiza un curs de Mindfulness pentru stres!

😌 Este un curs de opt săptămâni, în mediul online (Zoom), într-o atmosferă de prietenie și compasiune, care te va învăța cum poți să îți sporești starea de bine, să găsești bucuria și calmul în viața ta, să gestionezi mai bine stresul, anxietatea, furia și depresia prin practici validate științific.🤓

Acest curs te poate ajuta dacă te confrunți cu stres în viața de zi cu zi, vrei să îți crești reziliența, să înveți despre mindfulness și meditație, sau pur și simplu să trăiești cu mai multă bucurie în fiecare zi.

Dacă ești interesat(ă) și pentru a afla mai multe detalii, te rog să îmi scrii. 😊 Data începerii cursului va fi anunțată în curând. Cursul este în limba română.

(Thich Nhat Hanh) Today I am ending this advent, which did not have 24 days and slowly transformed from a mindfulness intended one to a self care one. As drawing is never without emotions, these have gradually steered the theme of badger wisdom.
