Hi! I’m Julia - former Division I pitcher at Colorado State.

After finishing my playing career, I knew I wanted to find a way to give back to the game that gave me so much. Softball helped shape who I am. It taught me confidence, discipline, resilience, and gave me friendships that go far beyond the field. 💛

Now my goal is simple - help young athletes fall in love with the game for the right reasons.

Not just wins and stats… but confidence, teamwork, growth, and learning who you are through the process. 🤍

Aww just found this!! Throwback to one of my favorite college memories!!

My whole team at Colorado State got to travel to Puerto Vallarta, hang out at a local school, and teach the kids how to play softball.

💥 Stop stepping off the mound. Start exploding through it.

We tied a string between two tees to give this pitcher instant feedback. It teaches her to push up and out off the mound instead of just stepping off, helping create a longer, more explosive stride with more power and better command. 🥎

If you’re just starting your pitching journey, these 3 drills will help you build a strong foundation fast.

1️⃣ Snaps - focus on wrist control and ball spin
2️⃣ Snaps from a W - lock in your arm path + clean release
3️⃣ One-knee full circle snaps - connect your full motion with balance

My girls inspire me daily. 😭
Every lesson is a mix of teaching, learning, and helping them trust what their bodies can do.

They challenge me to be better, to keep learning, and to honor the process with them.
Pitching is meant to feel natural… and she’s already finding smoother rhythm and sequence with every rep.💪🥰

The difference BEFORE and AFTER balance training 👀

Small adjustments in training can show up big in execution.

Cleaner movement. Better control. More repeatable finishes.

Posture fix for youth pitchers 👇

Sometimes young pitchers start leaning or collapsing without even realizing it.

So we slow it down and work on staying tall and stacked through the motion.

This drill helps them actually feel where their body should be.

Once the posture cleans up… everything else usually starts to fall into place. 🥎
