@ivey_jake lighting it up in our HS Pro Day🔥

Jake averaged 93.1 and was up to 95mph w/ elite extension and showcased 2 distinct breaking balls and a great CH.

Jake has put in a ton of work over the last year. A big emphasis has been the SL/CT development and refining the CH. He’s done a tremendous job with it all👏 by @pitchingwrx

Eriq Swan is back in OKC 📍@pitchingwrx for the off-season ⚾️

Day 1 begins with the PhysioWRX Performance Evaluation

Starting with an in-body scan, measuring muscle mass and body fat and a 3D Motion Analysis @dari_motion

After that we get into our other assessments looking at mobility, strength, power, and speed.

Our goal is to identify his strengths and weaknesses to give him a data- driven offseason plan. 📈

MLB Pitcher of the Year - Cade Cavalli

What a year it was for Cade! Blowing past his career high in innings pitched, 18 Quality Starts, and becoming just the 5th Nationals pitcher to reach 200 K’s and doing it in the fewest innings pitched⚡️

He topped off his career best year with a contract extension w/ the @nationals - We couldn’t be prouder of Cade and all the work he’s put in.👏 by @pitchingwrx
