Interested in our DPT - PhD in Bioengineering program? Meet Rachel McLoughlin 🎓

A lifelong athlete, Rachel saw firsthand how injuries sideline athletes, and it fueled her mission to change that.

Now in the first year of her PhD, this program lets her make impact from every angle: treating patients directly through clinical practice, while researching solutions to unmet clinical needs that keep athletes off the bench for good. 🏃‍♀️🔬 poster tyle image of a student, rachel mcloughlin, in regalia holding a pitt-branded football. by @pittbioengineering

Some photos from our BMES appreciation 'cookout' yesterday! It was too hot to be outside as planned, so we cooled off in Benedum with some World Cup games in the background! ⚽🍔

Thank you to everyone on the BMES board for all you do for our department and your fellow graduate students @pittgradbmes! 🎉 Four people and an inflatable Roc the panther by @pittbioengineering
