A playground to add back to your list! 🛝

This playground was recently closed for renovations, but it’s BACK OPEN — and I wanted to show you the toddler section specifically because it has a lot for little ones to explore.

The toddler area has:

🛝 Small slides
🧗 Climbing wall
🏖️ Sand pit
↔️ Seesaw
🎶 Music maker
🛝 Swings
🤸 Padded ground

I also love that the big-kid playground is separate, so little ones have their own space to play without being right in the middle of the bigger equipment.

If you have a toddler in Pitt County, this is one to put back on your playground rotation now that it’s open again!

Fall festival season is officially here 🍂🎃 and this one has SO much included with admission!

We visited Briley’s Farm this weekend and there was plenty to keep my toddler entertained — from the jump pad and giant slide to the cow train, big train and corn pit.

And that’s only some of what’s included! Admission also includes:

🎃 Pick your own pumpkin
🚜 Hayride
🌽 10-acre corn maze
🐄 Animals
🌻 Sunflower + zinnia fields
🛝 Slides + playgrounds

A children’s consignment sale is happening Thursday through Sunday, and there is SO much to look through.

We’re talking everything from baby gear to car seats, strollers, toys, kids’ clothes and more.

Easy Day Trips from Pitt County — Part 3 🍇🍷

This winery is about an hour from Greenville and ended up being such a fun family day trip!

There’s an indoor tasting room, but you can grab a tasting flight and enjoy it outside on the patio. There’s both shaded and sunny seating, plus plenty of open space for little ones to move around.

My toddler especially loved running around the lawn and exploring between the rows of grapes. 🍇

And right now is a particularly fun time to visit because grape picking is happening through the end of September! It’s a seasonal activity that only happens at the end of summer.

The grape vines may be too tall for younger toddlers to actually pick the grapes themselves, but they can still have fun running through the vineyard and enjoying the wagon ride.

Honestly, this felt like a win-win: the parents got yummy wine and a beautiful day outside, while the toddler got plenty of space to run, explore and burn some energy.
