A few photos I took yesterday 📸

Photography is such an amazing hobby. It really helps with my mental health, supports me in managing Complex PTSD and improves my overall wellbeing. It also gives me a reason to get out and about.

Despite living with daily pain caused by DiGeorge syndrome aka 22q11.2 deletion syndrome which is why my username is pixel22q in the hopes of raising awareness through my photography and Club Feet, I still do my best to get outside and enjoy the things I love. Some days are harder than others, but photography helps me focus on the beauty around me and capture special moments along the way.
