LA PRESS CLUB - NATIONAL A&E AWARD: 🎭 Came back to work to see that the National Arts & Entertainment Award that @pixel_pas and I won first place finally arrived! Our story on @mariachiarcoiris - the world’s first LGBT mariachi group based in LA - was recognized this past year with the Diversity in the Music Industry, TV award. I’m proud to have worked on this story highlighting a trailblazing group of musicians for @ktla5news Hispanic Heritage special. #Orgullo 🌈🎻🥇

*And no… the awards behind me aren’t mine 😂

Here are some final images of @christinethang and @thejohnnyjohnson’s special day. My appreciation to the happy couple for the opportunity to capture their day.

Last fall, I had the pleasure of shooting engagement photos for @christinethang and @thejohnnyjohnson, along with their dog Louie, in Beverly Hills. About a month ago, this lovely couple tied the knot and I was also invited to capture that special day. Special thanks to the sister of the bride and maid of honor, @jenniferthang, for recommending me for these beautiful moments.

I actually did a set of these pointe photos for @mirai.dances about a year ago. There wasn’t much we liked from the shoot, but we were able to get some great shots in. Note to self: Always shoot with a wide angle with flowing big skirts! And maybe take your lens out a few times on solo trips prior to shooting subjects with it! by @pixel_pas

Last summer, I was invited to capture Shelby and Andrew’s special day… and they couldn’t have picked a more breathtaking place than Lake Arrowhead. #wedding #weddingphotography #happilyeverafter taken in Lake Arrowhead, California by @pixel_pas

This is LONG overdue. I’m going to start posting my still work over here on this account.

This first sample is from 2017, with @nidia112 and @mirai_dances, for Mother’s Day that year. by @pixel_pas
