8/26/26 The Hip Abduction
I started listening to this band in 2024 while gardening in my backyard. All summer they kept me feeling at peace and whole with the world; connected in a way that is unexplained until you experience it. Thank you @thehipabduction for helping create a lovely moment with a good friend @blackwoodangelica and a mindful and caring attendance in the beautiful Bellingham, Wa. Deadrocks 2026
I kinda liked dubstep while listening in the car with my daughter and going to a show here and there. But after spending two days at @redrocksco Red Rocks amphitheatre with @zedsdead. I'm hooked and runied all at the same time. The energy that surges through you at an EDM rave is like no other. Welcoming community + a magical location with genuine DJs sharing their music is electric ⚡ ⚡ ⚡ Thank you @nadine.suss for introducing me to this amazing world and for the beautiful souls I've met so far. I do believe I'm an official #ravemom 🌱

Medicine Bow National Forest 🌲🏔️

Camped one night at Ryan campground on our road trip.

Lewis lake, Gap lake & Snowy Mt. trail

The hikes base elevation was 10,705ft so the views were stunning from the get go. Lots of wild flowers & snow. Perfect 2.5 mile hike after driving 6 hours from the Grand Tetons. I felt like I was on another planet!

Hike: Delta Lake via Lupine Meadows (7miles 2277ft).
After we saw Buffalo 🦬 on the beautiful

2026 Summer road trip with one of my favorite humans. First stop Wyoming (13 hr drive) to camp and hike in the Grand Teton National Park. The sunrises here are breathtaking. Worth getting to bed early to wake before the dawn. taken in Wyoming by @pixellena

I went meditating on the beach last Friday sending mom positive vibes to recover from having two strokes this month.
Live your life to the fullest and tell the ones you love that they are special to you every chance you have. 💕
