Ready for Halloween stitching? Or, if you’re like me, you’ve been stitching spooky stuff all year 😉.

If you want a new start, my Halloween Quaker from last year is a fun stitch! You can use whatever colors in whatever manner you want. I ended up doing them differently than I’d on the chart, but using the same colors I listed.

I’ve got the rendering up first because it shows the pattern better than my model does. I think I needed to use less dynamic fabric.

The model is the second pic. It is an FFO, but I forgot to take a pic before it went to a shop. I’ll get it in a couple weeks. I need it up in my home (year round, of course).

A new cross stitch charity bundle is coming soon with birdy patterns from 19 talented designers to raise funds for the National Audubon Society!

Happy International Cat Day! If you are someone like me who is obsessed with cats then you’ve probably stitched a lot of them.

I’m celebrating here by sharing pics of my cat designs over the years! Most are older and not available in my ko-fi anymore, but if you see one you still want to buy I can put it in the shop for you. Tell your cat I said hi!

I finally decided how I wanted to finish my Sinister Sweeties. The first one I stitched was finished four years ago and has been in a closet ever since. They are finally done!

I made perler bead art from my Beautiful Biomes cross stitch design! It was totally fun. But…now I don’t know what to do with it 😅. Too big for an earring and I don’t need any plant pot decorations, pins, or magnets. Really it was a test and it’s SO CUTE! by @pixelpixiexstitch

My Summer Fairy cross stitch design is here! Stitched on 28-count linen, she fits perfectly in an 8”x10” photo frame. She joins Spring Fairy using most of the same floss colors to make things easier when stitching them. I promise Summer’s wings show up better in real life!

I’m so excited for the movie this month!!

Design: The Odyssey

Fabric: Anubis by @undertheseafabrics
Floss: Norgrove Enterprises’ “Frosting & Sprinkles” plus some stash off-white. I just added Tradewind by the Gentle Art @thegentleartinc as I’m worried I’ll run out of the sprinkle floss. I’ll probably go back and replace some earlier motifs with Tradewind for consistency.

NOTE: if you’ve already downloaded it, please contact me for an updated version as I realized I misspelled Odyssey 🫣
