COMP RECAP!!!!

Me : 👨🏿‍🦲🥇✨ 💪🏿

Here’s videos from my first competition at the @plunited_tx PLU PRIMAL OPEN @primalstrengthsa , and man for my first one, not bad. I didn’t know what to expect for my first competition but honestly I just wanted to go, get this experience , learn from it and continue forward. I made critical mistakes in my final squat ( PR ) 611lbs , moved good but depth was lacking , and my bench which was choosing to have lift off or not. I should definitely perform exactly the way I practice and not switch things up on comp day. My deadlifts were all solid, I actually improved my technique and hit a comp PR with 617lbs which felt really really good honestly.
All and all I lived to lift another day, Im excited to see what happens next , gonna take a few days off to heal and then get after it again. NOT BAD FOR A 37yr old man 😩✨🔥

TOTALED: 1562 and I ain’t mad at it, I know I can do more and I fucking will 💪🏿🔥🔥🔥🔥

Really wanna just be thankful for the people in my corner my gym partner @christianpuglife the coach @saint_oso_ my dawgs, couldn’t have done this shit without you guys, we are a bad ass team and I’m thankful for yall , 2025 is gonna be wild for us !!!! @styleandtruth the wife , thanks for being my ride or die and recording these videos of us so I have shit to post 😂!!!

I am Dad, I am Daddy, but also I am Daddio , I am dada. I AM FATHER, but also I am present , I am loving , I am here , I am there , I am every where they are. I am valued, I am loved , I am protected. I am anointed. I am truth. I am Dad, I’ll say it again, when you think of what a dad can be THINK OF ME. I am only what my children call me. I am only what I’ve ever wanted to be. A Father. A Dad. Daddio. These are my babies. These are mine to love and protect. I am a protecter. Anyone who’s ever thought negatively or prayed on my downfall you should know , it only ever inspired me to be the best. It only made me better and stronger. Kids need Dads, Black kids need Black Dads, Black girls need Black dads. My kids need their dad. I AM DAD AND THATS WHAT IM GONNA DO!!!

AND CANT NOBODY STOP ME CAUSE I GOT THE LAST LAUGH 😌👑

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!

Thankful for my coach @oso.strength.performance and my brother @christianpuglife for seeing this comp through with me. Thank you to my wife @styleandtruth for keeping me alive and healthy and everything in between.

Shoutout to @framedbycam_ for the pics 🙏🏿💕

It wasn’t my best meet or best performance overall but I managed to get best lifter and that’s not bad at all for a soon to be 40yr!!!!

Best Squat 755lbs (342.5 kg)
Best Bench 358lbs ( 162.5 kg)
Best Deadlift 666lbs ( 302.5 kg) Deadlift PR

(807.5 KG ) Total 😭😭😭😭

I’ve got 5 months to go beyond all this and get even stronger !!! That’s it.

Ps. The last 2 deadlifts were absolutely insane ( my deadlift is trash ) some how managed to dig deep and pull that shit 😭🔥

Third lift was 805lbs and it moved well , it was going to be my new PR so it moved like a PR should , however the bar rolled out of my right hand towards the top and the rest is history.

Never want something like this to happen but Im I had a good crew behind me keeping me safe and they themselves safe too.

@plunited_tx I really appreciate yall hosting this comp, I still have so much to learn but I’ll continue to keep getting better & come back stronger !!!! by @pixelxpapi

800lbs + loading… 💪🏿🏋🏿‍♀️🙏🏿

Just really thankful for all the love I received from Father’s Day from friends and family. I really appreciate it and I’m honored.

My life’s mission is to see to it that my children lead exceptional successful lives safely and jobs not done.
We celebrate how far we’ve come but the job of dad never stops.

I will be as intense and ever present in my children’s lives as my dad was and is in mine and his father before him.

ALL WHILE BEING AN ABSOLUTE FUCKING UNIT ALONG THE WAY!!!

TO ALL THE OTHER DADS OUT THERE STAY SAFE ✨
STAY DANGEROUS ✨

Here’s some fun Father’s Day pics , enjoy ✨
They all matched lol 😂

Check out these cool aura photos of myself , Lulu and the girls. It was a really cool experience and basically drove home what I’ve always known about myself and I found out some new things too. Even more so to see all the things I tell the girls about themselves daily showing up in their aura. It’s beautiful.
