🚆The monorail resorts get a lot of attention but for me, the ultimate family, couple, friends’ getaway resort is Disney’s Boardwalk Inn.
🎡For starters are very close to the International Gateway of EPCOT to hit those most popular attractions first while everyone else works their way around.
🚤 Skip the crush of the early morning bus crowd and ride serenely over to Hollywood Studios in a Friendship Boat.
🤹 The theming, dining, amenities and entertainment are wonderful and charming at Boardwalk, but for me the biggest draw is the location (and the beautiful rooms)
❤️ Where is your favorite area on Disney property to rest your head and call home?

Curious about the Disney Boardwalk Villas Floor Plans, amenities, and saving money on these often super pricey rooms? Check out today's blog and let me know if you have any money saving secrets! https://www.pixiepacking.com/disney-world-boardwalk-villas-floor-plan/

For me the special ticketed events at Walt Disney World create so much FOMO! It's like picking a favorite child- and if you three are reading this, no I don't have one 🥰-

So, let's check out the options and let me know if you have a favorite after hours event that you will splurge on:

After Hours EPCOT

After Hours Hollywood Studios

After Hours Magic Kingdom

H2O Glow After Hours

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Jollywood Nights

Everyone of these events or parties comes with their own perks, so it’s hard to choose just one, but I’m asking anyway! If you had the opportunity to attend one of these events, which would you go to?

My vote is a tie between Mickey's Not So Scary and After Hours at Magic Kingdom. I love both and they both have the Magic Kingdom in common- it is so jam packed with things to do that the parties and after hours events give you a real advantage and we often use these INSTEAD of an actual park ticket (I know scandalous), but you really can do this, particularly if you have a park hopper and can go in early for the event, as soon as you are able. Then it can feel just as full (and you will get even more accomplished) as a park day, without the burning heat!

Now isn't that what we all need on a Monday? Wishing you all a magical and happy week ahead! by @pixiepackingtravelco

✨Where is your favorite magic shot photopass location? There are so many to choose from but you can't go wrong with the photopass photographers by the castle, because- well you have the castle in the background- and there always seem to be so many of them by the hub that you never really have to wait (unless you are getting that Main Street shot). And they always have the cutest magicshots!
Happy #fotopassfriday and thanks to @canucksinwonderland for hosting!

🐾How adorable is the Affection Section at Rafiki's Planet Watch at Animal Kingdom? I hope this place never goes away as it is such a wonderful getaway from the crowds, it brings the true spirit of Animal Kingdom and learning about animals to life, and who doesn't feel love and comfort petting goats and pigs (ok well maybe some people don't, but don't knock it until you have tried it).
Rafiki's Planet Watch is also home to the Conservation Station, where guests can peek behind the scenes at real veterinary procedures and animal care, and the Animation Experience, where you can learn to draw beloved Disney characters inspired by real wildlife. 🐾✏️

It’s such a hidden gem in Animal Kingdom—perfect for families, animal lovers, or anyone needing a peaceful break from the hustle of the parks. And let’s be real… the goats are total stars. 🐐💫

And happy #thursdak and thanks to @manhattan_to_mainstreet for hosting!!!

Have you ever taken the train out to explore this tranquil corner of Animal Kingdom?
