🏢 Pixly is excited to join the American Apartment Owners Association (AAOA)!

We’re looking forward to helping apartment owners and property managers better protect their properties, profits, and peace of mind through better visual documentation.

With Pixly, teams can easily document:
📸 Move-ins & move-outs
🔧 Maintenance & repairs
🏠 Unit turns & inspections
👷 Vendor work
⚠️ Damage & property conditions
✅ Before-and-after work

And with California’s AB 2801 adding new photo-documentation requirements around security deposits, having an organized visual record is more important than ever.

Snap. Tag. Organize. Share.

No more digging through camera rolls, texts, and emails looking for the photo you need.

We’re excited to become part of the AAOA community and help apartment owners document everything that matters.

Protect your properties. Protect your profits. Document everything.

Project disputes cost construction contractors over $80 billion a year. Even for crews of 1-20, the risk is a reality.

It’s not a matter of if. It’s when.

A contractor told me yesterday:
“I wish we had Pixly before this job.”

He spent weeks digging through texts and old photos trying to defend himself.

When disputes hit, documentation becomes evidence.

Get organized and protect yourself with Pixly.

Bathroom remodels take a special kind of documentation and collaboration.

Proving the work that gets sealed into the walls and having the proof of dry rot fixes, membrane application, mud pans is how you protect your butt.

That means alot of photos, and if you're not using Pixly, that means alot of texting.

Contractors keep telling us that their PM systems and ERP's don't work for photos 📸.

They keep telling us that job site photos get lost in texts and drives 🏳.

They keep telling us the guys in the field won't use hard to learn photo apps, that they're too expensive anyways 💸. They download Pixly, try the Free Trial & it's problem solved.

We're turning job site photos into actionable tasks and helping contractors stop sketchy disputes, prove progress and stop the chaos of texting photos. Get Pixly and start saving time, sanity and reducing risk. Get Organized & tell the entire story of your project. by @pixly_ai
