A little piece of this weekend, told through glances, movement, and small moments.

Wedding day, but make it cinematic.

Just got back from an unforgettable week in the Exumas, where I had the honor of fueling an incredible group through food and flavor.
While they completed 15 hours of Leadership Resilience Training with @drlindsaybira (padifreedive certified), I held it down in the kitchen—bringing ocean-to-table nourishment, rooted in sustainability, culture, and pure intention.🐠🌊

From the villa to the catamaran, every meal was designed to support their growth, mindset, and energy—because true performance starts from within. ✨

Deep gratitude to this powerhouse team:
@lcgloor @svrewilding @sue_b_fit @ricky__deering @drlindsaybira @oceanoriented shethstudios— and thank you for trusting me, @piyayaskitchen, to be part of this magic. ✨💙

Special shoutout to @diver_australia & @matuseinc for the top-line gear that kept everyone thriving at sea.
