🫶🏼🍕 📍 Pizza Pilgrims | Leopoldstraße 56, 80802 München Pizza München | Neapolitanische Pizza München | Pizza Pilgrims München | Pizza Schwabing | Neue Restaurants München | Neueröffnung München | Beste Pizza München | München Food Guide by @pizzapilgrims.de
Munich after dark… 🍕 A little late-night dough making with our pizzaioli, getting ready to bring a taste of Napoli to our new neighbourhood. Good things come to those who dough. 🤌 by @pizzapilgrims.de
It’s the final day. We design our pizzerias to feel like you’re in Italy, so before crossing the border, we went bargain hunting at a mercatino: a proper Italian secondhand shop. Then Dom made lunch on the border: smoked ham, potatoes, cheese, all in one pan. Proper mountain food for the last leg 🏔️ Next stop: Munich. by @pizzapilgrims.de
The finishing touches, Pilgrims style. 🍕🇩🇪 Washing lines? Up. Italo disco toilets? Ready. Pizza oven? Working overtime. Join James for a little look around our first German pizzeria. Munich, make yourself at home. by @pizzapilgrims.de

The night got saucy 🍕 We needed 24h to process what happened. Thank you for this amazing opening. by @pizzapilgrims.de
This is not the £5 stuff. After a biblical rainstorm, we made it to the vineyards at La Contessa, where all the Prosecco for our spritzes comes from. Francesca showed us the vines, which are picked by hand, five people at most to a row. Then we took a few bottles to Venice, where the spritz was born, and made one on a gondola at golden hour 🥂 Next, Napoli to Munich heads for the Alps. by @pizzapilgrims.de

Pork, salt, time, and 18 months of patience. That’s Prosciutto di Parma DOP. We learnt to slice it thin enough to read a newspaper through, then went to Pig Town to make La Principessa for the mayor 🐖 Next, Napoli to Munich goes over the Alps. In collaboration with @Gozney by @pizzapilgrims.de
After a hair-raising convoy through Rome at rush hour, we went to Roscioli to learn the perfect carbonara. Next up: Parma. In collaboration with @gozney by @pizzapilgrims.de
