Pizza? Yes 🍕

But it really depends what pizza you choose.

Our dough is made with just flour, water, yeast and salt, using good quality ingredients and a high hydration of 75%.

That helps us create the light, airy and soft dough we want for our contemporary Neapolitan pizza.

Not heavy, not dense - just soft, light and full of flavour.

Meet Fuoco Zucca 🔥

Crema di Zucca (pumpkin cream), fior di latte mozzarella, ’nduja, salsiccia (Italian sausage with fennel), ricotta, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh basil.

The creamy ricotta brings everything together beautifully with the sweetness of the pumpkin and the heat of the ’nduja.
