Come along with me in the unfolding of my herbal sanctuary as we connect with plant medicine to restore our well-being and return to balance.

Serene embodies a gentle return to wholeness through the wisdom of plants — a journey that is sacred, personal, and slow.

Whether through teas, tinctures, or shared remedies, each medicine is thoughtfully curated to support you wherever you are. by @plainjo

If there’s anything I’m going to do, it’s slow down and drink tea. Ava at @flowingspace_teahouse provided the best ambiance and teas to conclude my birthday 🧚‍♀️ by @plainjo

Very much in my own element, little world and on the right path by @plainjo

Last week I had the opportunity to partner with @villarose.teahouse to increase our capacity for self-love. We journeyed with heart-opening tea, learned the wisdom of Rose and Hawthorn, created powerful affirmations, and crafted an elixir.

Both Rose and Hawthorn are here to teach us that it’s safe to be vulnerable, to radiate our light, see the beauty within and around us, and embrace our softness-all while having clear emotional boundaries protected by its thorns. When we begin with self, we end up with meaningful relationships and deep connections with others.

Thank you to everyone for showing up, lending your support, and opening your heart. I can’t wait to do this again! 🧚‍♀️ taken in Miami, Florida by @plainjo
