This planning session felt like a movie! 🤩 Loved hosting the space planning session for @maisonwithcoco and her beautiful home.

@bronsondesign.ltd and @conversecustomhomes came ready to collaborate, tweak layouts, test ideas and make design calls right on the spot. That’s what having immersive planning sessions is all about!

The synergy was unreal, the feedback was instant and the result? A productive (super entertaining) planning session.

We were proud to host @vchhealthcare at our studio for a space planning workshop of a new long-term care facility.

@mesacustomhomes has made lifesize planning part of their regular process. Their clients walk the floor plan at full size with the design team before construction starts, catching anything that doesn’t feel right while it’s still easy and cost effective to change.

A better build starts long before we get to site!🛠️

For an upcoming custom home, Aiden and @nick_bray_architecture recently visited @plan.your.space to walk through the plans at full scale before construction begins.

Seeing a home at 1:1 scale allows our clients to get a real sense of how their future home will feel, from the flow between rooms to the size of each space and how it all comes together. It’s an opportunity to make more confident decisions and work through any changes before we start building.

After walking their layouts at full scale, @pcurban_properties put on the headsets and walked a complete suite in augmented reality. Every wall, finish and piece of furniture in place, months before construction. A unit that looked tight on the plan turned out to have room to spare.

Plan view gives you the dimensions. Walking the suite gives you the answer.
