To Root in now 🌱
To shine the dark ✨
To hold space for all 🌌
Everyone has a dream.

This is The mission of Elemental.
Our why.
Our “why” is a mantra that both honors the elements,
and the mission:
“To Flow from here to there
To ground myself here and now
To glow through my darkness
And breathe through the steams of change
In order to create a space
For others to do the same.”

🌊 THE WAY OF WATER: Go with the Flow 🌊
I’m beyond excited to announce this
special wellness + movement event
An Elemental Miami Krump, And Joyflow collaboration.
Together we’re bringing Krump Dance and Yoga Water Flow into one powerful afternoon by the ocean.
The intention is expression. No battles, no performances, just raw flow and expression.
My goal is for us to reconnect with the element of Water — especially meaningful right now with the drought and wildfires in Florida.
Wear shades of blue and come ready to breath, stretch and flow with us 💙

your favorite new well being duo is live 🤍

@artofair_ and I teamed up to create a beautiful guided meditation… I was inspired by the beautiful hand pan music I kept listening to. I asked air if we could collab 🥹 this was shot in one take. A beautiful reminder of what magical art can come when we are present with our selves, our surroundings, our friends.

Thanks @artofair_ for joining my journey for helping others find freedom and well being of self ✨🙌✨🫶💕🫂🧚🏼‍♀️💞🧚🏼‍♀️🌊☀️😌🌈🌦️

Follow us for more guided meditations :) the full version is posted on my YouTube channel. Link is in my bio site in my bio!!

✌️🫶
from your friendly well being.
