In honor of @ivylab 's farewell tour in Denver tn, wishing I could bust this out on that dance floor 🥹 This is one of my favorite combos that I have choreographed for Heel's class. Immaculate bass track for booty bumpin!!! Might have to bring it back on a bigger scale ;)

This was my first post-chemo fantasy photoshoot, and I couldn't have asked for a more incredible person to create with.
@planetkaycee , you made this session more magical than I could have ever dreamed.
Thank you for helping me reclaim my creative spark 🌸✨

An impromptu & gentle invitation to follow along, repeat what feels good, acknowledge what feels off. No cues, just freedom to flow into your own movement moment.

🥲🩵 highlight of 2026 so far. I needed this entrancing escape and emotional release more than I knew. The genuine, elated energy of the whole crowd said the same. 𝑩𝑰𝑰𝑰𝑮 𝑳𝑶𝑽𝑬 @hybridmindsdnb !!!

Give me a Peroni in Bellagio and I’ll dance around every villa ⛲️💐 even while my biscuits bake on the sizzling concrete.
