We are the ones who are leading the way throughout the full-planning process, bringing together the logistics, design, vendor relationships, and countless details that make a wedding day. Together, we believe your wedding should feel like an experience you can fully immerse yourself in, knowing the details are being handled by professionals who genuinely care.

Peter, Owner, Founder & Lead Planner, brings the strategy and organization behind every celebration, creating a calm, seamless planning experience and making sure the day flows exactly as it should. He is adaptable, experienced, and loves taking care of the details behind the scenes so our couples can be fully present for the moments that matter most.

Emily, Lead Designer, brings the creative vision to life, thoughtfully translating each couple’s personality and priorities into a design that feels elevated, bespoke, and entirely their own. She is detail-oriented, intentional, and loves bringing all of the pieces together on a wedding day exactly as it was envisioned!

One of our favorite wedding traditions is saving the top tier to enjoy on your first anniversary!🎂

The tradition dates back to British wedding customs, where fruit cakes were preserved for important milestones. Today, saving the top tier is a sweet way to revisit a little piece of your wedding day a year later.

And it’s one of those traditions that takes a little behind-the-scenes planning to pull off…

We make sure the cake-cutting moment is beautifully coordinated, the right serving pieces are ready, the couple knows how to cut for the photos, and that precious top tier is properly packaged and safely tucked away at the end of the night.

Let’s talk dress shopping! 💛
Finding your wedding dress is one of the most exciting parts of the planning process, but there’s more to consider than simply finding “the one.”

We have stellar local bridal boutiques that we love recommending to our couples, but there are a handful of things we encourage our couples to think about before saying yes to the dress:

✨ Start with the timeline - Many bridal gowns are made to order and can take 6–8 months to arrive, so giving yourself plenty of time matters.

✨ Budget for alterations - Even a custom-ordered gown will likely need professional alterations to achieve the perfect fit.

✨ Stay true to your personal style - Your wedding dress should feel like you, just elevated. Trends are fun, but your personal style should lead the way.

✨ Consider the experience - Not every bridal boutique offers the same level of service. Is your appointment private? Do you have a dedicated space? How many loved ones can join you? What does the overall experience feel like?

✨ Think beyond the ceremony - Planning a second look for your reception or after-party? Consider how your dresses will work together and how each one fits into the overall story of your wedding day.

And perhaps our favorite piece of advice: Your wedding is an experience from the very first appointment to the final dance, and the details along the way deserve just as much thought as the day itself.

We wanted this tablescape to feel contemporary, romantic, and a little unexpected with pops of color to anchor an otherwise soft and neutral palette.

From there, we layered in sculptural ceramics, organic textures, white orchids, deep burgundy calla lilies, and an abundance of candlelight. Each element was intentionally chosen to balance the next: soft florals against bold black, organic shapes against clean lines, and warm candlelight against a crisp white table.

It’s this same approach we bring to the weddings we plan. We don’t believe in designing one beautiful element in isolation. We look at the full picture, finding the details that feel most like our couples and thoughtfully building everything around them.

The result is a wedding that feels elevated without feeling overly formal, romantic without being traditional, and intentional from every angle.

Amanda + Shane’s wedding morning started with a downpour of rain, strong winds, and lightning, but ended looking up looking like this! 💌

The rain plan we had decided on previously, was to move the ceremony indoors, so this back-up space was prepped and ready for the function, but then the lingering storm was showing signs of (almost) letting up.

After their private first look, and with the bride and groom’s blessing, the decision was made to delay the ceremony and start the celebration with their grand entrance into cocktail hour instead. That way, guests weren’t left waiting for the storm to clear and the couple wasn’t losing valuable time on their wedding day.

As the weather continued to shift, the outdoor ceremony space was prepped again, dried, and made ready for their celebration.

And we can’t say it enough: This was the right call!

At the heart of every wedding we are a part of is the same thing: Celebrating a love that deserves to be remembered, cherished, and celebrated for a lifetime.

Vanessa + Ryan’s wedding day was an absolute embodiment of this sentiment. They opted to have a smaller gathering of fifty of their closest loved ones and treated them to an intimate ceremony, softly-lit dinner, and a personalized celebration to remember.
