Shout out 🫶🏾 to our Campus Facilities and Information Technology teams for setting up our White Coat ceremonies and most importantly, for their time dedication to restoring the auditorium back to lecture formats for Monday’s classes. Your hard work behind the scenes keeps our campus running smoothly, and I appreciate all you do! Thank you!

And that’s a wrap! 🥼✨

First-year students from the College of Health Sciences (Physician Assistant Studies, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, and Speech-Language Pathology) and the College of Pharmacy received their white coats from their faculty, marking a meaningful milestone in their healthcare journeys.

Congratulations to our future healthcare professionals! Here’s to learning, serving, and making a difference. 💙 taken in Midwestern University by @plannerpatton44

There’s something special about school events — they always have their own classic, nostalgic vibe. ❤️🖤

And every time I get to decorate for one, it feels like a special responsibility to create something that becomes part of those memories.

Red, black & white for the Bolingbrook High School Reunion — classic, bold, and perfect for the occasion.

Thank you so much @plannerpatton44 for trusting me with such a special celebration!

There was a 1% chance that I would ever be in the same room as academic deans from both our IL & AZ campuses and that moment came last Friday, for the Presidential Inauguration of Dr. Joshua Baker.

I was thrilled that all agreed to take a photograph with me!

Can you spot your Dean! 🙌🏾

25 years down! And with the night off from managing the event; what a night to celebrate with the best colleagues in the world! I wish I could’ve gotten to everyone, but here’s a few willing participants from last night’s annual recognition dinner.

I truly enjoy the work I do; managing special events for the University at large for students, faculty, staff, and all the special guests, year after year! These 25 years have been golden!

What a last few weeks! And it is only getting started. 3 events in 6 weeks unloading!
Cannot imagine these being a success without my “ridah” Red.

Last week when I showcased our fabulous mentors; and I somehow forgot the gentle giant among them…Alex! So we all felt Alex deserved a post dedicated to every bit of our love for him!

Thank you Alex and thank you all! What a ride it’s been. I know we are still riding the wave of memories.

What an unforgettable week at the Health Careers Institute 2026 on the Downers Grove Campus!

From anatomy labs and clinical skills to simulation experiences, research projects, CPR training, campus tours, and team challenges, our students stepped into the world of healthcare with curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm.

A huge thank you to our incredible faculty, mentors, staff, and student mentors who invested their time, knowledge, and passion into inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

To our HCI students—keep asking questions, keep chasing your goals, and remember that this is only the beginning of your journey. We can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in healthcare.

Here’s to a week of learning, friendships, inspiration, and memories that will last a lifetime. 💙🩺
