I can finally share this! A super secret big oil painting on canvas for my amazing sister and her fiance Jon! The frame was custom built by my dad. A huuuge thank you to the Urban Art Studio 101 for the many many oil painting lessons.

I can't wait to see these two get married. Love you guys! by @plant.horde

Painting landscapes outside is crazy hard! I can never seem to see the values properly in the sunshine and the light constantly moves, 🫠 I am forever impressed by plein air landscape painters. Did a fun painting with a friend at the park! A hot day for oil painting that's for sure! by @plant.horde

a good day to learn to paint an outdoor landscape!

I learned a lot about brush strokes and composition and colour. You'd think the strong winds would keep the bugs away but alas 🥲 HUGE thank you to my Teacher Fred at Urban art Studio 101 he really is amazing by @plant.horde
