From learning in our kitchens to taking centre stage on The Great Canadian Baking Show! ✨

Andrew Arcello, a drama and music teacher from Stittsville, is one of 10 amateur bakers competing in the show’s 10th anniversary season, and the first plant-based baker to compete.

Before bringing his plant-based creations to the national stage, Andrew explored his passion for baking through our immensely popular hands-on short courses for culinary enthusiasts, including Cordon Vert®: Plant-Based Bakery and Cordon Vert®: The Art of Plant-Based Pies.

He also joined us for Le Petit Cordon Bleu workshops, where he shared the experience with his daughter and his love of cooking and baking.

We’re so happy to see Andrew taking his passion from our kitchens to the national stage, and we can’t wait to see what he creates! 👏
