I sautéed some sweet onions in walnut oil, with various seasonings, and added them to an organic red lentil soup I made. Along with my favorite crackers.

I'll eat soup in the summer any day. I love me some butternut squash it's full of antioxidants which are substances that protect your cellular structure from damage. High in carotenoids which is color-based vitamins like beta-carotene. Put it like this butternut squash is what they have claimed that carrots are if that makes sense. The aid digestion results in minerals and vitamins that helps take care of your skin your eyesight Good for the blood pressure and blood sugar because it's high in potassium which counteracts salt and sodium.

And of course chickpeas which have a special type of fiber that's makes good for your digestion which also helps lower blood sugar Plus they got good protein zinc calcium and vitamin k so it's good for the bones.

And of course you know I added purple seamoss and dulse seaweed powders for an array of vital minerals and compounds that are good for you.

I made this for a particular condition that was kind of severe a while back. Inspired by one of Dr sebi's creation but doing my own thing with it. I've had reviews from healing spider bites to pain you name it ulcers or just chapped lips and ankles you can use it for anything and it smells like a dream.
