Sometimes you gotta get a little unstructured + messy to indulge your creativity. Until further notice my work station has become the floor

Going to start sharing all my messy work bits n thoughts bc they’re an important part of the process too + as a reminder to myself that it’s all worthy. The good, bad, the imposter syndrome, the blessings, the idk wtf I’m doing but I’m gonna figure it out, the grief, + happiness, it all deserves a stage and to be shared.

I’m working on 2 projects I’m really excited about + I can’t wait to share all the fun + messy bits!! by @plantcreativeco

Altadena is starting 2026 the right way. ☕️✨

Bevel Coffee is officially open, and the community showed UP.

Owned by Kevin Mejia, this Honduran-owned coffee shop was created with one goal in mind: bring people together.

Good coffee. Good energy. A space to slow down and just enjoy life.

And the details? Thoughtfully done. Shoutout to his cousin Lesly of @plantcreativeco for adding the greenery that makes the space feel alive 🌿

Altadena continues to build, and this is exactly what we love to see.

These past few months have been clarity, love, grief, rediscovery, adventure, and I’m truly thankful for it all. You can’t be numb when you’re living life to its fullest, I feel EVERYTHING and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Time for a self made boot camp~ I’m kicking off a 30 day meditation challenge with @stephanieyaen and a 10 day social media cleanse, to get in the habit of creating more than I consuming! If you need me I’ll be meditating twice a day, going inward, finding clarity, and playing in my own energy. Doing this with others always helps me stay accountable, we’re also sharing meditations with each other that have worked for us, if anyone wants to join us you’re more than welcome. If you’re interested in the details of my structure, keep reading otherwise see you in 10 days🫶🏽🌿.

1. Meditate twice a day
~ Morning meditation- mostly healing meditations, inner child, limiting beliefs, self awareness, and mood stabilizer meditations
~ Evening meditation- mostly Joe Dispenza, manifestation, and visualization meditations

2. Wake and sleep at the same time everyday for mood, productivity, and routine consistency.

3. Get clear and manifest- without expectations
~ Write down short 30 day goals, for fun/ curiosity
~ Write 6 month and 1-5 year goals- I’ll do this after a couple days into the challenge and after a meditation so I’m un-influenced by others and what I write is truly my own. This is mainly about starting to form the habits of the type of person that aligns with my future goals/self. What would that future me eat for breakfast, what time would she wake up everyday, where would she live, do as hobbies.. etc.

4. Staying sober, no alchy, etc.

Our 9th J. Crew store plant installation and by far our favorite! For this new Venice beach store, their visual director wanted more unique plants to help them stand out from the other Abbot Kinney boutiques yet fit geographically, think California desert and beach. We installed structural specimens with woodsy bark stems, lush foliage, vintage teak and white pots, and beach sand soil topping.

Thank you J. Crew for trusting us as your sole plant designer for all California locations and thank you nature for being so beautiful and healing.
