POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Not me trying to get back to a job that was already gone.

Now that the dust is settled… I’m realizing everything that happened - the surgery, the recovery, the dissolution, Titan’s passing- all of this was clearing space for something I actually wanted to do.

I’m taking these lessons and I’m not looking back.

Lesson learned. Table built.

What’s next? Stay tuned…

7 fibroids were slowly destroying my life. And I had no idea.
I had a reason for everything.
Stress. Age. Perimenopause. Burnout.
I was so good at explaining myself away.
Get checked. And if the first opinion doesn’t sit right — get a second one. Mine confirmed the first, but it made me feel informed instead of just told.
Save this. Share it with a woman who needs it. 💎

Hello beautiful people…Yes I am still doing sessions! 2022 has me moving a little quieter, working to resolve some foundational things so that I can move forward more easily into this work. I’ve only been taking clients on a referral basis for 60min or longer this year; however I am currently offering a :30 “ReSession” special! I’m not sure how long that is going to be available for so don’t wait, book it now!

There is a price to trying something. There is also shame from failing. But the worst is when people who should lift you up, tell you to take the bare minimum. This advice cost me more than I care to count. Working with my sacral authority- my strategy is waiting to respond as opposed to pushing; a complete contradiction to the way I was conditioned to move. Waiting to respond be like… shit will I be able to pay my phone bill? Or should I run out to the first bar and get a job slinging drinks, exhaustively, to make ends that never meet, leading to more depression and lack mentality. I’ve been in this cycle for YEARS; hit the ground running two weeks after college; pushing and trying not to drown. Learning to move with compassion for myself, and allowing the grief and the shame of it to pass thru me, has been hard but necessary to get to what’s next. #gratefulforitall #istandwithIATSE by @plantedblessings

Yes to the timing of this film. Yes to the platform and the dialogues this will spark. Yes to the awakening some folks are about to have when they watch this.
