We chopped it up with Crissy, the creator of The Million Dollar Carrot Cake! She talked to us about her early start as grandma’s taste tester, all the way up to starting her rapidly growing @plantedbycrissy enterprise. We had a lot of fun this episode and learned that she’s more than just the carrot cake lady!

The perfect summer dessert is now LIVE on the site. Layers of vanilla cake, strawberry banana filling, sliced strawberries/bananas, and plant-based whipped cream come together to make this delicious creation. This cake is inspired by my dad, @wtlg56 who made this cake for my brother’s birthday every year for the past 25 years. In true @plantedbycrissy fashion, you know I had to veganize it 😋 🍓 🍌 🍰 #vegan #plantbased #njvegan #nycvegan #plantedbycrissy by @plantedbycrissy
