Just got back from Atlanta and we went to one of my favorite vegan restaurants outside of Florida! @cafesunflower Sadly , a lot of totally vegan restaurants in my area seem to be closing , so this was a real treat!
We had:
Spinach dip
Brussel sprouts
Vegan Caesar salad
Fried avocado tacos
Vegan Shrimp tacos
Chick’n Parmesan over greens and linguine
Pad Thai
Chocolate ganache cake

It was so good and I wish there was a location Florida! A definite stop for every Atlanta visit❤️ by @plantpoweredpa

I have been drinking @Ryze mushroom coffee forever and was lucky enough to be sent a bag to share . It is my favorite mushroom coffee with the super 6 blend of organic mushrooms - cordyceps. Reishi, lions mane, turkey tail, king trumpet, and shiitake. All organic and it tastes great!

Nothing is as good as a homemade vegan pizza !
Made the dough fresh as well!
Topped with vegan cheese - mozzarella and cheddar with a sprinkle of feta on top .
All the veggies and some vegan ham- no pineapple though!
Homemade or takeout? Any opinions? by @plantpoweredpa

We went to @citywalkorlandofl and had dinner at Bigfire restaurant- they now offer @chunk_foods steaks !!!! I was amazed at how good they are!
This is their plant based steak with chimichurri and potatoes and asparagus.
Amazing! So good! The non vegan with me was very impressed also!
We also tried the cold version at @thecowfishsbb , and it was pretty good too! by @plantpoweredpa

Monster Cole slaw
adapted from a recipe in @woman’s_day in their Celebrate Halloween issue

1 head red cabbage
1 head savoy cabbage- cored and shredded
2 carrots- peeled and shredded
1 red onion,peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plant milk
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1 red pepper, cored and thinly sliced
2 carrot slices, rounds
2 black olives slices
1/2 red onion slice

Holding 1 head red cabbage, cut small piece from bottom to steady,
Cut1/4 off opposite end. Using knife ,core cabbage,starting 1/4 in in from edge and continuing in circular motion.Remove center leaves;place in colander.
Reserve shell
In colander, add savoy cabbage, carrots,red onion. Add salt and toss well. Let sit 1 hour. Rinse and drain.
Place plate on top of cabbage mixture. Using large can, press down on plate to drain excess water. In large bowl, mix mayo, milk, and apple cider vinegar,chives,,sugar and pepper;toss gently to coat.
Spoon coleslaw into cabbage shell. Cover and chill. To form eyes, place carrot rounds on coleslaw; top with black olives. Use onion slice for mouth

My end of summer meals!

Made vegan with vegan mayo and @chunk_foods meat- outstanding!!

The second is from the Hot Dog Hall of Fame -field roast hot dog with vegan feta , fries , greens and lots of mustard!
