I know bruschetta usually turns up on bread… but hear me out 😏

Crispy, cheesy potato gratin topped with fresh tomatoes, basil and balsamic? You’ve just accidentally made the best thing on the table.

The best part? The @potato_utopia gratins taste like you’ve spent hours in the kitchen… but your only real job is popping them in the air fryer or oven.

I made this for my Italian girls night in and it was such a hit 🇮🇹

Tip: Use good quality olive oil in the bruschetta. I like the one by @kangarooisland_olives - you can honestly taste the difference.

I often get asked about my wooden chopping board and the gorgeous wavy bowl the tomatoes are in. They’re both sustainable, by @re.soul.ed

If loving hosting is wrong, I don’t want to be al dente 👌

This Italian girl’s night in was so much fun. Lots of colour, carbs and wine 🍷 🇮🇹

You haven’t truly tasted meatballs until you’ve made homemade ground meat!

These meatballs were so juicy and full of flavour! Made using the @kitchenaidaunz Meat Grinder attachment, and served with a delicious homemade tomato chutney.

INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams beef chuck, diced
- 4 pieces of white bread (breadcrumbs)
- Medium brown onion
- 1tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper

Making pasta is easier than you think ✨

This is your sign to make the ultimate comfort food – and trust me, it’s far better than store-bought!

All you need is two cups 00 flour, 3 eggs and the @kitchenaidausnz Three-Piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set

Save this recipe for later 💕

RECIPE
• Make a well in the flour and add the eggs to the centre
• Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 10mins
• Wrap and chill for at least 3mins to let gluten develop • Run the dough through the KitchenAid pasta roller, starting at setting 7 and working down to 4, folding dough and re-running it through your machine • Use your choice of cutter, either fettuccini or spaghetti
• Top with whatever you like, and enjoy!

I had mine with homemade pasta and truffle stracciatella by @vannellacheese - so good!!
