Who else bites their tongue to extremes so that a fellow dentist doesn’t look bad? Certainly bad stuff can happen to any of us when we’re dealing with patients, and the human body is often unpredictable. It’s also hard to judge what happened when we weren’t there…. Implant revisions are always so much fun… not. I actually don’t mind doing them but handling the patient emotions is the toughest part IMO. by @plaquechyna

Yesterday, I had a dear old patient come in from @clarkplost for a separate issue…. But while we were talking, he reminded me I placed implant #8 for him back in 2010. So of course I had to take a new picture and x-ray….. besides the shade, it’s not bad for 16 years IMO. This was just a simple staged approach with old designs and technology. Nothing fancy at all.
