A quick stop with Miami’s heattt, this summer we’ve had the opportunity to speak with Catherine Camargo, founder of QUEUE Gallery and Q Magazine.

A first for us— last month, we conducted our first gallery feature with Alo Galerie in Paris (@alogalerie). We spent an afternoon with the founders @aysenazbayam and @derin.ddd , talking about what it takes to found and build a gallery as young professionals today: from shaping an identity and developing a programme to building long-term relationships with artists and growing alongside their practices.

‘ULTRASENSITIVE MACHINE’ (2026) - Liza Abramishvili

Robotic Installation

In Liza’s installation, light transcends its traditional role as illumination to become an instrument of control, intimacy, and intrusion. The work implicates the viewer in a complex duality, positioning them simultaneously as caretaker and predator. Activated only by the spectator’s light source, the sculpture operates as a living nervous system subjected to the surveillance of the observer. Through this interactive framework, Liza illuminates a modern metabolic cycle: a symbiotic loop where humans seek emotional reflection from the machine, while the machine depends entirely on human data, visibility, and stimulation to sustain its existence.
