🍫🥜 Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shake | 30g Protein

Creamy, chocolatey, peanut-buttery, and an easy protein-packed option for busy mornings or post-workout! 🥤✨

Ingredients:
• ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder
• 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
• 1 banana
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
• 1 cup ice

Makes: 2 (12 oz) servings
Protein: ~30g per serving

Blend until smooth, divide, and enjoy!

🌱 To create nutrient-dense compost, you need 3️⃣ key ingredients:

🥬 Nitrogen (greens): fruit & veggie scraps, coffee grounds, fresh grass clippings

🍂 Carbon (browns): dead leaves, shredded cardboard, paper, straw, and small twigs

💧 Water: Keep your compost as damp as a wrung-out sponge so the microbes can do their job.

When you combine the right mix of greens, browns, and moisture, you’re feeding the microorganisms that turn everyday waste into rich, living compost your garden will love.
