The future of work is changing, and I care about creating more pathways to help young people build careers in sustainability.

It was incredible to see our first Future Green Leaders event SELL OUT, bringing together emerging professionals and industry leaders to talk about their career pipeline.

It was a pleasure to moderate a panel with Davina Rooney (GBCA), Michael Hromek (WSP), Michele Di Giorgio (MPA) and Evalin Ling (Laing O’Rourke).

Too often, entry-level roles ask for 2-3 years of experience before you’ve even had the chance to get started. We need more young people in sustainability, and more opportunities to help them get there. 💚🌏

Most people see a colourful scarf. I see one of the most important stories of our time.

Each stripe represents a year of global temperatures. Blues show cooler years, reds show warmer years, revealing a planet that is heating up faster than ever.

Known as the Climate Stripes, this simple design turns climate data into something we can see, wear and talk about. 2024 was the hottest year ever recorded globally and a reminder that the window for climate action is narrowing.

Climate change isn’t a future problem. It’s already here. This scarf is more than a conversation starter. It’s a reminder that every choice matters, from what we buy and eat to how we travel, invest and show up for our communities.
