Midterms this week! Was a very stressful but successful week. Pastry we had prep, prepare and serve to chef, a quick bread, yeast bread, coffee cake or a tea bread. She blind picked cinnamon scone, lemon tea bread, and focaccia. For our culinary, we blinded picked a protein that had to go with potatoes and a vegetable. We had one day to prep and the next day we had to serve our plates hot to her at the time we were given. I got piri piri hen, to go with it I made a pan sauce to pair nicely with it. Than I smash my potatoes and than put parm and garlic to go on the outside. I just sautéed my cauliflower with some seasonings! by @platedbyhmb

Chubby hubby inspired cheesecake bars! Brown sugar pretzel crust with a vanilla malt cheesecake filling - layered with peanut butter and chocolate ganache. A thick layer of a salted vanilla malt whip cream. Topped with pretzels around the edge with a drizzle of more peanut butter and chocolate ganache and chocolate covered pretzel! 🥨 🥜 by @platedbyhmb
