Every menu tells a story. Our chef @food_lover_sam talks us through last month’s Scent & Supper menu. 🍽️ by @platesandppl

Scent has a way of transporting us. A single fragrance can take you back to a cherished memory, a familiar place, or a special moment, and food has that same special power. For our Scent & Supper, we celebrated the connection between fragrance and flavour by inviting guests to create their own signature perfumes before enjoying a bespoke menu inspired by the very same scents they used to make their perfumes. by @platesandppl

Scent is more than perfume. It’s the aroma that fills a room, the dish that takes you back home, and the memories we create around the table.

At our Scent & Supper, we brought fragrance and food together through a hands-on perfume-making workshop and a curated three-course menu. Two worlds connected by one powerful sense. by @platesandppl
