This upcoming Thursday Nachbar x p1:

Gracing the bar is LE KACANG, a producer and DJ based in Amsterdam whose sound bridges the expansive worlds of electronic music. Drawing influence from Bmore and Jersey Club, Future Beats, and a broad spectrum of electronic subgenres, he’s shaping a sound that’s both rhythm-driven and forward-thinking. Since emerging on the scene, LE KACANG has been steadily making his mark through an evolving body of work and energetic performances. His productions reflect a deep curiosity for club culture and a commitment to blending diverse sounds into something distinctly his own.

In the club we have baby ganoush, influenced by their Swedish and Lebanese perspective, their mixing style is versatile and driven by contrast and shifting energy levels, introducing euphoric, sensorial layers through a glittering meeting of light and dark. Moving fluidly across ambient, IDM, breaks, jungle, trap, dubstep, leftfield, trance, and percussive rhythms, they shape coherent sonic narratives marked by textured, nostalgic, and futurist sounds, anchored by heavily pulsating bass that fully encapsulates the room. With music that serves as a conditioner for hearts and souls, baby ganoush aims to spark intimate connections between people and within themselves, leaving an echo of warmth and release on the dancefloor.

Lastly closing the night off in the club, we have puurvuur, who is an Amsterdam-based artist who blends club sounds with hip hop, grime, and left field bass to create energetic and alienating sets. Interested in both functional grooves as well as experimentation with sounds and styles, puurvuur always tries to go down new, unexplored paths and we’re excited to see how he’ll close off the evening.

Tickets available in our bio and on Nachbar’s website for 8 euros.

Come start off your weekend early with us and dance your worries away.

Introducing our artists for the night:

Starting off the night we have Naima. Naima’s selections are guided by curiosity and instinct. With roots in Kuala Lumpur and Berlin, her sets are shaped by movement and discovery. Drawing from trip-hop compilations, Memphis hip-hop, and rare R&B, she weaves these influences into soundscapes that feel both intimate and expansive.

Carrying us through with a soft spoken personality with a musical vision and creativity that screams. Hear me, feel me, move with me. ambu bambu’s music tells emotional stories of wanting to belong, yet fated to a destiny of floating in between. Urgent and rhythmic, with the occasional moment of lightness and release, their selections and productions span realms from breakbeat and bass, to dubbed-out fuzziness and oddball house and techno tracks just weird enough to make you doubt their genres.

And closing the night off, Niyimi’s work crosses storytelling, performance, text, and image, approaching sound as a sonic collage that foregrounds narrative, emotion, and the tension between dissonance and harmony rather than seamless, linear progression. Built from texture, voice, ambient and deconstructed club music, song, field recordings and low-fidelity rips, her sets open temporary worlds where listening becomes a way of moving.

We’re delighted to see this roster take over @sfamsterdam

See you tomorrow,

Introducing our live acts

Our first live act of the night is beloved duo Knee Deep in Custard

Knee Deep In Custard is a music and visual performance duo blending live vocals, piano, bass, and electronic compositions. Their signature approach features projections on a thin screen in front of them, performing behind the screen where they are almost invisible, walking around with pebbles in their shoes and grins on their faces.
In their own words, “Hmmm... let’s say we sound like the memories of our past, a funny walk or tears falling on the piano.”

Moving the night forward is Pala.G and Bn Khalti

With French and Moluccan roots and now based in Amsterdam, Pala.G effortlessly blends global musical influences into his own unique sound. Drawing from hip-hop, R&B, soul, electronic, dub, pop, folk, and psychedelia. His music moves free like the waves that guided his ancestors halfway across the globe.

Bn Khalti is a rapper, producer, and sound engineer from Nazareth, Palestine. You can catch him sliding on tracks with grimey, raw hip-hop samples and heavy drums to soulful and sparkling records embracing his influences from the western and middle eastern worlds.

Together the two will showcase not only their solo projects, but their work as rapper and producer too.

Lastly we introduce to you Klankwerk System

Showcasing their system for the first time live, Utrecht based Mischa, Marijn and Milan spent the larger part of 2025 building and fine tuning their one of a kind soundsystem focused on deep bass-focused listening.

Join us from 4pm till midnight at @filth.amsterdam

Introducing our DJs

First on the bill we have gra paulo and amz

Both local to Amsterdam, these two will open the evening up for us with a focus on alternative jazz, ambient pop, and distorted atmospheric bass, weaving through familiar samples. With their backgrounds both firmly rooted in footwork, altpop, and new gen rap and hiphop, this ambient take on their sound will be a sonic journey of note.

Next up we have a fresh face to the DJ community, founder of and featured artist for @per_liminal Jen. Known by her Utrecht community for having an impressively large and extremely respected ambient library, Jen will guide us into the sonic landscape of the night ahead.

And our penultimate act for the night will be the formidable duo, Mangruv and Derozan, delivering to us an intricate hybrid live performance showcasing the explorative work they have both been doing as solo artists over the last year. Together they will provide us with experimentation at its finest.
