Your wedding deserves more than just a DJ โ€” it deserves a packed dancefloor your guests wonโ€™t want to leave. ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽง We recently teamed up with Hitched to film this wedding DJ promo at the beautiful Elvetham Hotel, showcasing what we love doing most โ€” creating fabulous wedding celebrations. From reading the room and playing the right music at the right moment - to professional sound and lighting and keeping the dancefloor moving, everything is tailored around you both, your guests and the atmosphere you want to acheive for your wedding. With Platinum DJs, youโ€™re not just booking someone to play music. Youโ€™re booking 30 years of experience, professional preparation and a DJ who understands how to unite every generation and culture together on one dancefloor. ๐ŸŽฅ Filmed by @hitcheduk ๐Ÿ“ The Elvetham Hotel @theelvetham & @elvethamweddings ๐ŸŽง Jason Dupuy | Platinum DJs Planning your wedding and want a packed dancefloor? ๐ŸŽง Attention DJs โ€” this could be your best friend in a moment of crisis! A big shout-out to fellow DJ @djtablemanners and his brilliant new product, @auxinnofficial. As every working DJ knows, you should always expect the unexpected. AUXINN gives you a comprehensive selection of high-quality leads and connectors, personalised with your name and kept neatly organised in one compact bagโ€”which also protects your headphones. Iโ€™ve been taking mine to events for the past 10 weeks and, despite travelling to gigs throughout the summer, it still looks brand new. More importantly, it means I arrive properly prepared if a connection or piece of equipment ever lets me down. The official launch party took place during @brightonmusicconference at @thetempestinn, Brighton, back in Mayโ€”and what a brilliant night it was! Great to play alongside: @djtablemanners @doorlydj @hobbsmusicuk @djcarlosvand @taftbrothersofficial @dj5erious @jenni_maxdj If youโ€™re a working DJ who wants every essential connection close at hand, take a look at @auxinnofficial. Highly recommended! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸŽง #AUXINN #DJEquipment #DJGear #DJs #MobileDJ #ClubDJ #BrightonMusicConference by @platinum_djs
๐Ÿฅ‚โœจ A massive congratulations to Hannah & Scott, who got married at @mountephraimweddings yesterday! ๐Ÿค What an incredibly beautiful day from start to finish! Sad news that good friend, fellow athlete and pioneering DJ of Platinum DJs @Marcus Scroop passed away peacefully after his 10 week battle with cancer. Thoughts go out to his wife Angela who has been a rock for him throughout the process. Picture above is from happier times where Marcus worked as resident DJ in Yates - Leicester Square, London in the very early 00โ€™s when phones were phones and pictures were harder to come by. It was Marcus who talked me into starting Platinum DJs and helped me get it off the ground. So many good memories from our times together and a true gentleman. He was a fellow 800m runner at Bexley Athletics Club where we became friends and got sidetracked with Guinness and the attractions of the London nightlife. Despite being a DJ himself in various clubs in Leicester Square and the Tattershall Castle, on nights off we would regularly attend Oโ€™Neillโ€™s Leytonstone with DJ @Paul Claydon and The Garage on Highbury Corner where Marcus educated me on the thrill of the Indie music scene. As a talented musician his passion for Indie was contagious and we still play those tracks today. He will be dearly missed. Sorry you have left us so early Marcus. Rest in Peace Brother ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŽงโค๏ธ by @platinum_djs
Well done Kev... โญโญโญโญโญ "We couldn't have been happier with his services." A huge thank you to Frederick and his new wife, Laura for these kind words following their wedding at Kingswood House on 4th July. โค๏ธ Before the big day, our DJ - Kev arranged a call with the couple to discuss their plans, musical tastes and any special requests, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. From arrival at the venue well ahead of schedule to creating the perfect soundtrack inspired by the couple's own Spotify playlist, Kev kept the dance floor buzzing all evening long. ๐ŸŽงโœจ Congratulations once again to the happy couple, and thank you for trusting Platinum DJs to be part of your special day.
