I’ll be out of town but I leave you in good hands @jr.d_o.f and @huehuehuejules will be your leaders.

Same route as last week 30ish miles

8 am roll out

Conversational pace (zone 2) with our 2 “sprint zones”

Please try your best to stay at the pace of the leaders. We’re trying to make sure this stays a true recovery ride! by @play.bikess

Thank you all for coming out today!wasn’t expecting so many people to come out. Appreciate you taking time out of your day to come ride bikes and have some fun.

I promise I’ll get better at keeping us all at a reasonable z2 pace. With those two “let out” sections.

The whole idea behind this is to make sure we get that actual one ride a week that feels like a recovery ride. With some great company and coffee!

It’s time!

Meet up location will be plaza de Panama water fountain in balboa park.

7:30 meet up 8am roll out

Route became a bit longer with about 30 miles

Zone 2 or talking pace. (Potential all out zone)

Coffee stop will be at the end at the start location where we have two coffee shops to choose from.
