Every great community was built by people who refused to wait 🌎.

The PAL Okponglo Community Hub is our answer to a community that deserves more, more space to learn, more room to grow, more power to shape its own future.

Today, we are asking you to be part of the foundation.

💛 Give what you can
💚 Share what you believe in
❤️ Back a cause that will outlast all us.

This isn't charity. This is investment in the children from Okponglo, La Bawaleshie and it's environs.

Over the weekend, 24 students from Lincoln Community Schoo @lcsghana , accompanied by their teachers, visited the Okponglo community through Ghana Must Read, a student-led literacy initiative.

They read with our children, learned about our community and experienced why access to a safe space for reading and learning matters.

Our sessions often happen outdoors, making do with tables, benches and a board. It is exactly why we dream of building the PAL Community Hub, a space for our children to read, learn, play and grow.

They also gifted us a box of books, giving our children even more stories to explore.

PAL is a big community, and we can’t wait to welcome you into it. by @playandlearnfoundation

It truly takes a village, crossing continents from the US to Okponglo, Accra, to bring joy and support to a child like Ebenezer.

Happy New Month, and may this wonderful act of kindness inspire even more community support and bright smiles! 🌟

Thank you @vivecreatefuture and @sandiegosoccerclub for always making the children at PAL feel seen.
